These terms cover reading this website and sending an inquiry through it. Client work is covered by a separate signed agreement.

No results are promised anywhere on this site. Figures shown are examples or records of past work. Social media results are shaped by your market, your prices, your crews and your own follow-up, none of which are within my control.
Who Operates This Site
This website is operated by SMM By Elizabeth, a social media management practice based in Austin, Texas. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
What This Site Is
It describes a service and invites you to arrange a call. Nothing on it is advice for your specific business, and nothing on it should be acted on as though it were. Advice only begins once there is an engagement and I know your numbers.
Figures and Examples
The ninety day report shown on the home page is an illustration of the format a client receives. The figures in it are made up for that purpose and are labeled as examples. They are not a forecast, a target or a representation of what any business will achieve.
Figures in the track record section describe work actually carried out. Client names are withheld under contract. Past results do not indicate what any future engagement will produce.
Sending an Inquiry
Submitting the form starts a conversation and nothing more. It does not create an engagement, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to anything. Work begins only when a written services agreement is signed by both sides.
Send accurate details, and do not send anyone else's personal information through the form without their permission. The form is not for sales approaches, recruitment or automated submissions.
Advertising Spend and Other Third Party Costs
My fee covers my work and nothing else.
Advertising spend is yours. Where an engagement includes paid promotion, the platform bills the advertising budget directly to a payment method you own, on an account you control. I do not advance it, carry it, or invoice for it, and I am not responsible for it. You set the budget, you can change or stop it at any time, and you remain responsible for amounts already spent.
The same applies to anything else paid to a third party, including scheduling or analytics software, stock photography and music licenses, printing, paid directory listings, and equipment. Where one of these is needed I will tell you before it is incurred, and it is yours to approve and pay.

Using the Site
Read it, print it, and share the link freely. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or the service behind it, do not submit anything designed to damage it, and do not scrape it for bulk republication.
Intellectual Property
The text, diagrams, layout and name on this site belong to SMM By Elizabeth. Quoting a short passage with attribution is fine. Reproducing the site or substantial parts of it is not.
Links to Other Sites
Where this site links elsewhere, those sites are not under my control and I am not responsible for what they contain or do.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable at times, and its content may be changed or removed without notice. No warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SMM By Elizabeth is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything published here, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute arising from them belongs in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
Changes
These terms may change. The current version appears on this page with the date at the top, and using the site after a change means accepting it.
