Pricing and Services

Two scopes on one published rate card

A published rate for everything, including anything added later, on a subscription you can leave at the end of a month.

The Two Scopes

Core

Puts the tracking in place and the posting on a rhythm, so you can see what social is actually producing.

$1,500a month, billed in advance

  • Attribution and tracking built before anything is published
  • Audience development on Instagram and Facebook
  • Review-to-content pipeline, built from what customers have already written
  • Reactive posting on weather events, where the urgent calls come from
  • One engineered piece a week
  • Monthly report against the numbers we agreed in advance

The attribution build is included in the first month and is not billed separately. Core runs at $1,500 for as long as you want it. Nothing moves up unless you ask.

Full Scope

Full rate from month two

Adds volume and field footage once the tracking has shown which content earns the calls.

$3,500a month, billed in advance

  • Everything in Core, every month
  • Three engineered pieces a week instead of one
  • Education series, filmed on the job
  • Field capture system, so crew footage reaches me without anyone chasing it
  • Service area content, aimed at the places you want work from
  • Review every two weeks instead of monthly

If you start here, month one is billed at the Core rate of $1,500, while the attribution is built. The full rate starts in month two, once there is something to judge the extra output against. I will not bill you for output nobody can measure.

Where the work runs

Core runs on Instagram and Facebook. The rest are priced below.

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Pinterest and X. Tell me which ones matter.

Deciding Between the Two

The choice turns on whether attribution is already running, and on what a booked job is worth to you. Both are covered in thirty minutes. Direct line (512) 856-4304.

Not Included

These sit outside the fee at either scope. Some are available as published add-ons, and the rest are not work I take on.

Search, SEO, and Website or Landing Page Work

Not offered

If you have an agency on this, I stay out of their way and report separately.

Google Business Profile as a Managed Product

Available as a platform add-on

Posting to it is available at the published platform rate. I do not run the profile itself, or the reviews and questions on it.

Review Solicitation and Generation

Not offered

Turning reviews you already have into content is in Core. Going out and asking customers for them is not, and the rules on how you may ask differ by platform.

Holding Your Passwords

Never

I am added as a user on accounts you own and can remove me from in one click. I will not accept a password.

Advertising Media Spend

Always yours

Billed by the platform directly to a card you own, on an account you control. I do not advance it, carry it, or invoice for it.

Paid Media as a Primary Channel

Add-on only

Amplifying posts that have already earned it organically is the published add-on. Running acquisition campaigns as a primary channel is not something this covers.

If it is not on this page, it is not in the fee.

Adding a Platform and Additional Services

Core runs on Instagram and Facebook. Adding a third platform is a published price. Anything that needs its own content, its own audience or its own goals is scoped on a call instead of guessed at here.

What You AddPer Month
One More PlatformYour content posted to an additional platform, with that platform's comments and messages handled. Cross-posting handled properly, with the account kept current. $400
Content Adapted for Each PlatformWritten and cut for each platform separately, instead of one piece pushed everywhere. This is closer to a second program than an add-on, so the scope and the goals get set on a call. Book a call
LinkedIn, Commercial SideCommercial content is written for a property manager or a general contractor, not a homeowner, so none of it adapts from the rest. The price follows what the commercial pipeline is worth to you, which we establish before a number is set. Book a call
YouTube and Long FormA different format, a different audience and a different production load, so the scope is set on a call before a number is attached to it. Book a call
On-Site Capture DayFive hours on your jobs with a camera, which usually produces most of a quarter's footage in a single visit. Most of the other work is built from this footage, so it is priced accordingly. $300
Paid Amplification ManagementPutting budget behind posts that have already earned it organically. The advertising spend itself is billed to you by the platform and is never part of my fee. $500

Billing and Terms

Month to Month, in Advance

It is a subscription. Your card is charged at the start of each monthly period, on the anniversary of your start date. You can cancel at any time and the month you have already paid runs to its end, with nothing charged after it. There is no refund for part of a month, and no long term contract.

Advertising Spend Is Yours

If we run paid promotion, the platform bills that budget directly to a card you own on an account you control. I do not advance it, carry it, or invoice for it. You set the budget and you can stop it whenever you like.

You Own the Work

Content produced under the engagement belongs to you once it is paid for. If we stop working together, it stays yours, and so do the accounts, which were in your name from the start.

No Results Are Promised

No lead volume, ranking or revenue is promised anywhere on this site. The reporting shows what the work produced, so you will be able to see what the work produced, and judge it on that.

Questions

Why is attribution included instead of being an add-on?

Because without it, neither of us can tell whether any of the rest is working, and every conversation after month three becomes an argument about impressions. It is built first, it is included, and it is the reason the reporting is worth reading.

What counts as a platform?

An account that gets its own content, its own posting schedule and its own comments and messages handled. Cross-posting the same thing everywhere does not count as a platform, which is why many home service accounts look abandoned on three networks at once.

Do I have to move up to Full Scope?

No. Core is a complete scope in its own right, and many accounts stay on it indefinitely. Your price stays the same unless you ask to change it.

Can I start with Full Scope?

Yes, from the first day. Month one still bills at the Core rate of $1,500, because that is the month the attribution gets built and there is nothing yet to judge the extra output against. The full rate begins in month two, with no second negotiation.

Do you need my passwords?

No, and I will not accept them. Every platform has a way to add me as a user on your account, which keeps your login yours and lets you remove me in one click. If a platform is one you would rather I set up and hand back to you, I will do that instead.

What happens if I want to stop?

Cancel at any time. The month you have already paid runs to its end and nothing is charged after it. The accounts are yours, the content is yours, and the tracking stays in place and keeps working. Nothing is held hostage.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes, as a white label line under your own brand, or named, whichever suits the account. The rate card is the same.

What the First Call Covers

We go through your job economics, the areas you want work from, and the numbers this should be measured against. The call ends with a clear answer on whether this is a fit.
